The Shimano 105 Centrelock hub makes for an economical training hub. With a hub set weight of 526g (Front: 165g, Rear: 361g) it features an old-school cup and cone bearing system which can be serviced and adjusted at home with cone spanners.

Supplied in Black to match the latest R7070 series Shimano 105 disc-braking groupsets, the hubs are only available with 12mm front and 142x12mm rear axles.

This is a real workhorse of a hub. If re-greased and maintained at home regularly, it will be capable of notching up tens of thousands of winter miles.
